The RIG


This one of a kind 40’ semi features two pits run by one firebox, a top of the line kitchen, cooks sleeping

The pit:
Left single shelf pit chamber 34 1⁄2” x 6’
Right single shelf pit chamber 34 1⁄2” x 8’
Remote control operated door openers (viper car alarm remote)
Fully insulated pit (same type used on the space shuttle)
Electric draft and LPG log liter for fire box
Granite countertop with bull nose edge entire length of pit
Dual exhaust evacuator fans in the kitchen (in case you leave the pit doors open to long)

The kitchen:
SS refrigerator
Drop-in SS sink
Custom cabinets
Granite counter tops
Under counter lighting
Tumble marble backsplash
Restaurant grade tile flooring
Pot filler above full size oven and range

The Cooks Quarters:
AC and Heat
Four twin beds each with individual LCD’s, privacy lighting and 6 outlets per bunk
Shower / toilet
Onboard electric 20 gallon point of use water heater.

General specs:
Powered by an Onan 5500 gas generator and onboard fuel tank.
100 gallon fresh water tank
Pulled by a 1987 automatic international truck

Holy Cow It’s Good!

Holy Cow Cookers began competing at The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest 16 years ago. Since then they have participated in over 60 cook-offs and won over eight Grand Champion titles nationally and internationally. They're not your ordinary cooking team. Everything they do, they do BIG. Their booth is set like a massive western saloon with custom bar, bakery, coffee bar and state-of-the art sound and video system complete with flat-screen TVs. Let's not forget the reason they have bragging rights; their famous ribs, chicken, sausage, sauce and all the trimmings are a true culinary delight! “I want you to walk into my booth and say, WOW!,” said Randy Pauly, director. “We could not put on such an amazing show without our Holy Cow family and team members, we owe them everything,” said Nancy Serrano, co-director.
