Back in the 80’s, this pit got its name from David Klose - a local pit
builder

prior to being overhauled and tuned by his crew.
Single shelf cooking chamber 3’ x7’
24” round firebox
5’sainless steel prep table with sink (water tank above pit to feed warm
water to sink)
4’ wood basket in back
Don’t forget to adjust tuning plates on the inside to distribute heat and
smoke |
