One Pig - Trailer

Our heavy duty single rotisserie trailer is capable of roasting one whole pig, lamb, or goat. The spit rod can accommodate up to 45 lbs of weight during cooking. The spit rod and prongs are made of stainless steel for easy cleaning, and the frame and charcoal pan are built of galvanized steel to protect against corrosion. The charcoal pan may be raised and lowered to adjust to any cooking situation.

The heat and flavor source can be charcoal or wood. The rotisserie motor requires a 110v dedicated electrical outlet.

Also included on this trailer is a 4ft by 2ft propane grill and 4 burners.
